Studio cabin-type apartment of 28 m² with a capacity of up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) with a terrace enjoying a view of the sea and the pool. This apartment includes: 1 air-conditioned living room with a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric hobs, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, TASSIMO coffee maker, top-mounted fridge with small freezer and kitchen utensils.
In the living room, a dining table, a desk/TV unit and 2 single beds. In the cabin you will find 2 bunk single beds. Bathroom and separate WC.
Air cooler in the living area.
Underground parking (L 5m x w 2.15m x h 2.05m). No washing machine - Laundromat in the residence.
Direct beach access without crossing a road.
