Residence la Croisette, welcome to this charming apartment located just 100 metres from the fine sandy beach of Lazaret.
Enjoy a lovely stay in Sète in the heart of the Corniche district with its shops, restaurants, bakery and traditional market.
This T2 apartment of 34m² with air conditioning offers a glazed loggia as well as a furnished terrace of 12 m².
On the 2nd floor with lift, the residence has a shared swimming pool open in season.
On the night side, 1 bedroom with a bed (140 cm) as well as a sofa bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm each, making a 160 cm bed) in the living room with television.
The bathroom includes a lovely shower. Separate toilet.
Washing machine. Wi-Fi internet connection.
The fitted kitchen has 4 ceramic hob plates, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker and a toaster. Also a dining area with a breakfast bar.
Collective aerial parking. No designated spaces.
Direct beach access. West-facing.
Non-smoking accommodation. No pets allowed.
Unheated shared swimming pool open in season (June to September).
